About Bhavna Vaidya-Tank, M.D.
Dr. Bhavna Vaidya-Tank is a board-certified family physician that has been serving the communities in Eastern North Carolina for the past ten years. She opened Family Wellness and Regenesis MD to create an environment that emphasizes wellness and preventative care with a focus on patient outcomes. Prior to moving to North Carolina, Dr. Tank received a full academic scholarship to attend Kasturba Medical College where she graduated with honors before completing her residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. During her residency she earned the Patient Advocate and Patient Care Award for engendering a focus on wellness that included alternative treatments for pain management, hormone balance, lifestyle and behavioral modifications such as smoking cessation programs and weight loss programs. She carries this passion for patient-centric care within her practice.
Dr. Tank has conducted research and worked extensively with partnering research laboratories to provide cardiovascular disease (CVD) management tools with a distinctive focus on preventative and ongoing therapeutic monitoring of patient health. She also volunteers extensively with BAPS Charities to offer health care and screening to under-served communities.
Dr. Tank and her husband are the proud parents of their son and daughter and enjoy family evening show times. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and practicing yoga.

About Ms. Mary Katherine Williams, PA-C
Ms. Williams loves all aspects of family medicine and specializes in preventative medicine. She works with all her patients to develop personalized health goals as well as treating acute and chronic illness.
Ms. Williams completed her Master of Medical Science degree at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. She has worked in Family Medicine and Urgent Care settings since 2011.
Ms. Williams focuses on Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), Thyroid treatments, and Weight Management for women and men. Ms. Williams is certified in both P and O Shots.
Dedicated to patient-centered care, Ms. Mary Katherine Williams, PA-C, never rushes through patient visits and looks forward to building strong practitioner-to-patient relationships.

About Waseem Garbia, PA-C
Mr. Garbia comes to us with years of experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, Cardiology, and Aesthetics/Lasers/Injectable.
Mr. Garbia received his undergraduate degree from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.
He then went on to pursue his degree in Physician Assistant studies at the Jefferson College of Health Sciences in Roanoke, VA over 12 years ago.
After receiving his degree and certification as a Physician Assistant, he helped to implement and structure one of the first bariatric centers in VA and became proficient with many different types of lasers used in laparoscopic and plastic surgery.
He then moved to NC and has worked in many different settings including emergency medicine, cardiology and aesthetics.
Waseem has been a Physician Assistant for 14 years. His experiences array from critical cardiology, general and plastic surgery, emergency medicine, and most recently, skin and aesthetics. Waseem is a certified master injector and a certified aesthetic medical trainer with AMAT, and has a vast knowledge in lasers. Waseem always sets a year plan to achieve your best skin, as he has an eye and passion for long-term skin enhancement.
